Ahmet Altan, Mehmet Altan ve Nazlı Ilıcak’ın yargılandığı davada karar açıklandı.
Yargıtay 16. Ceza Dairesi Ahmet Altan ve Nazlı Ilıcak’ın FETÖ’ye bilerek ve isteyerek yardım etme suçunu işlediklerine karar verdi.
Kararın ardından dosya yeniden yargılamanın yapılacağı İstanbul Ağır Ceza Mahkemesi’ne gönderilecek.
Yeniden yapılacak yargılamada Yargıtay’ın kararı doğrultusunda Ahmet Altan ve Nazlı Ilıcak’ın terör örgütüne yardım suçundan 15 yıla kadar hapis cezası istemi ile yargılanacak.
Ancak İstanbul Ağır Ceza Mahkemesi bu karara itiraz yoluna giderse dosya Yargıtay Ceza Genel Kurulu’na gidecek ve nihai kararı ceza genel kurulu verecek.
